We understand that reaching out for support can sometimes be the hardest step to take. We appreciate the trust you have placed in The Wellbeing
Team & want you to know that you are not navigating this process alone.
Once your booking request has been submitted, a member of our team will review your information & confirm your appointment details. Our Wellbeing Manager will support you throughout the process, helping ensure you are connected with the practitioner best suited to your needs.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All information shared with The Wellbeing Team is treated with respect, care & confidentiality in accordance with
professional ethical standards & applicable privacy legislation.
Information shared during your counselling sessions remains confidential between you & your individual practitioner, except where disclosure is
required by Australian law or where there is a serious concern regarding safety. Your individual practioner will be the only person within the Wellbeing
Team with access to your notes, with these notes available upon request.
Where organisations receive wellbeing insights, these are provided only in de-identified and aggregated formats. Individual information, conversations, or personal details are never shared with your employer without your consent.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so
we can support you & offer availability to others seeking care.
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your visit if you need to cancel. Same-day or last-minute changes within 24 hours will be charged the full
booking fee.

Counselling is a collaborative process & outcomes can vary depending on individual circumstances & engagement
The Wellbeing Team practioners provide professional support within their scope of practice
The Wellbeing Team does not provide critical care support.
Our Commitment to Care
The Wellbeing Team will make every effort to connect you with appropriate support based on your needs
If your needs change OR you require additional support beyond your current pathway of care, your Wellbeing Manager can assist in exploring
appropriate next steps.
If you didn’t feel that the clinician matched to your needss was the most suitable person to work with, please reach out to your Wellbeing Manager
who will be able to continue working with you to find you the right clinician that you feel comfortable working with long-term.
We are also committed to continuity of care, with our Wellbeing Managers available to step you through the process of securing long term support
through a Mental Health Care Plan in collaboration with your GP.
